With International Youth Day coming up on the 12th August, and the focus for 2025 on "Local Youth Actions for Sustainable Development Goals and Beyond" we want to acknowledge and celebrate the power, creativity and leadership of our young people.
Why youth? And why now?
The challenges facing young people today are significant, with mental health struggles on the rise, widening education gaps, and a rising sense of disconnection and uncertainty about the future. The statistics are sobering.
At Imagine Re-Evolution, we see this firsthand every day with the young people who walk in our door.
But we also see something else. We see resilience. We see creativity. We see young people who are ready to make change now; they want to make the world a better place.
What are we doing about it?
Imagine Re-Evolution has created a community that believes in our young people and their potential. We’re providing connection and purpose. We’re meeting youth where they are, and we’re giving them what they need to start making those changes.
How are we doing it?
Through workshops that equip young people with practical, future-ready skills.
Through programs that give them a strong sense of identity.
Through spaces that help them heal and connect.
We know that young people thrive when they’re seen, heard and empowered to act.
The Imagine Method is intentional, relationship centred and youth driven. And simple -
Listen First: we start every program with deep listening activities.
Co-Create Always: young people co-design the programs they participate in with us.
Sustain Through Community: we bring adults and young people together, because that’s where the magic happens. We activate volunteers, partner with local organisations and ensure every young person has multiple adult allies.
The results: Experience meets energy. Wisdom partners with innovation. And everyone wins.
The future isn’t something that happens to us, it’s something we create together.
