The application process
How to apply
Getting a stall at ReeVamp is straightforward. Here's the process from first enquiry to market day:
Read the guidelines
Make sure your business and products meet our criteria. If you're unsure, email us first — we're happy to chat before you invest time in an application.
Submit your application
Apply via our website and select your preferred market date. Include a detailed description of all products you intend to sell - incomplete applications won't be processed.
Wait for approval
We review all applications and notify successful applicants by email. We carefully manage product variety to avoid duplication — so approval isn't guaranteed even if your products qualify.
Pay your stall fee
Payment is due on receipt of invoice. Your site is not confirmed until payment is received — unpaid sites will be reissued to other applicants.
Get ready for market day!
Your confirmation email will include all the specifics: arrival times, set-up instructions, parking, and everything you need to trade successfully.
Sites & pricing
Sites & fees
We offer two site types to suit different stallholder needs. All sites must be paid in full to be confirmed.

Youth site Under 25
2m × 2m indoor site with tables provided. Limited availability. Adult supervision required for under 18s.
| Stallholder type | Fee |

Practical info
On the day
Specific times vary between market dates — your confirmation email will include all the details you need. Here's what to know in general:
- Arrive during your allocated set-up window. Late arrivals may forfeit their site without refund.
- Unload your vehicle, then move it to designated parking. Vehicles are not permitted at stall sites during the market.
- Your gazebo or structure must fit entirely within your booked site, with a minimum of 10kg weights on every leg. Elastic-type straps are not acceptable.
- All leads and cables must be covered and trip hazards removed from public areas.
- Take all your rubbish home — leave your site as you found it.
- Food vendors must bring proof of all required food safety certificates and council permits.
- Market staff will be on site throughout the event and may inspect structures or products at any time.
